Our teachers at Sri Sri Academy, Asansol, recently attended the four-day Shraddha Programme, designed by the SSRVM Trust under the guidance of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

It was a transformative journey – much like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly

They explored: ✨ The role of parents, teachers and staff in a child’s holistic development ✨ Learning through the five sense organs ✨ SSRVM pedagogy based on the five vrittis ✨ Creativity, teamwork and innovation through hands-on activities

The programme concluded with satsang, gratitude, and a renewed vision to bring joy, values and imagination into the classroom.

The sessions were facilitated by an experienced Shraddha Trainer – a founder teacher of SSA Kolkata with over 15 years of experience in the Primary Section. She has represented the school in international teacher exchange programmes and has been passionately leading the Shraddha sessions since 2022.
